Pure Australian bee pollen.
The bees collect it, and in late Winter and Spring there is occasionally a surplus to what they need. We collect it as the bees enter the hive, dry it and put it in a jar.
It’s been a traditional superfood for centuries, and it’s great on yoghurt, in smoothies or mixed with your honey (just like the bees do!).
